This grant will award up to $100,000 per non-profit organization to fund programs providing critical needs such as food, shelter, utilities, etc. Critical repair programs are eligible as they often address life, health or safety issues to make the home livable.  Each entity must be a 501(c)3 organization and currently provide the requested services/products for at least the past year.

Once the award is made:

* Navigate will pay the organization 50% of the approved amount. 

* Navigate will pay the remaining 50% once receipts for the initial payment and required reports are received.

* All funds awarded must be expended by September 30, 2026.  An organization must provide all receipts and the required reports on or before October 15, 2026 to remain eligible for future grant cycles.

* The organization may use up to 15% of the amount awarded for overhead costs and does not need to provide receipts for this amount.

* Organizations awarded in 2024 that have not expended their full award or provided reports as of September 1, 2025 must detail how they will expend their award by the end of the grant agreement.
